"We sold last year"

This crushed me. 😔

I was scrolling through our database during my daily cold calls.

I came across an owner I hadn't called in over a year and a half

What?!? 🤬

I dialed the owner immediately... Voicemail.

I called the park. The manager answered.

The park sold last year to new owners.

No way?!?! 😰

The owner told me in that it was hard to sell when you are making money.

Well, something changed.

I was reminded of an important lesson in sales.

No today doesn't mean no forever.
