One-on-one Mentorship
Minimum of 1 hour per week via phone, with ongoing email and phone call support as needed
Unique Strategy Formulation
Detailed strategy formulation specific to each individual
Includes personal goals as well as career and charitable goals
Lead Generation Overhaul
Individualized deal sourcing strategy and coaching, mapping out the most efficient way to find deals
Cold call coaching, mailer refining, broker outreach, etc.
Due Diligence Training
AG would act as director of due diligence for any property put under contract during the mentorship time
If no property is placed under contract, if AG has a property under contract, AG will walk mentee through the motions as a substitute
Deal Funnel
Access to AG’s network and first look at all deals AG passes on during the mentorship time frame
Site Visits
When possible, in person site visits to AG properties
